Refund Policy for Marketohub

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Marketohub. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Funnel Building and Offer Creation Services: Due to the custom nature of our funnel building and offer creation services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you have concerns about the direction of the project, please communicate with your project manager as soon as possible so we can address your concerns.
b. Social Media Management and Email Marketing Services: For our ongoing services, such as social media management and email marketing, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of service. After this initial 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for work completed.
c. Copywriting Services: Refunds for copywriting services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the copy provided, please contact your project manager within 3 days of receiving the work. We will work with you to revise the copy to meet your satisfaction. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, a partial or full refund may be issued, at our discretion.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email help@marketohub.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of why you believe you are entitled to a refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
a. The service has been fully completed and delivered according to the agreed-upon scope of work.
b. The request for a refund is made outside of the eligible refund period, as outlined in Section 1.
c. The dissatisfaction with the service is due to factors outside of Marketohub’s control, such as changes in the client’s business strategy or market conditions.
5. Disputes
If you believe that Marketohub has not adhered to the terms of this Refund Policy, please contact us at help@marketohub.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
6. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
