This Pricing Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the pricing of services provided by Marketohub. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Pricing Plans
Marketohub offers various pricing plans to accommodate the different needs of our clients. The details of each plan, including the features, deliverables, and pricing, are clearly outlined on our website. We reserve the right to change our pricing plans and the associated features at any time.
2. Custom Pricing
For clients with unique requirements that do not fit within our standard pricing plans, we offer custom pricing. Custom pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and takes into account factors such as the scope of the project, the level of customization required, and the duration of the engagement. 3. Payment Terms
a. Upfront Payment: For certain services, we require full payment upfront before work begins. This applies to our funnel building, offer creation, and copywriting services.
b. Monthly Billing: For ongoing services such as social media management and email marketing, we bill on a monthly basis. Payments are due on the same day each month, based on the start date of the service.
c. Milestone Billing: For larger projects, we may agree to a milestone billing structure, where payments are due upon completion of specific project milestones. The milestones and associated payments will be clearly defined in the project agreement.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. For clients paying by bank transfer, invoices will be issued with our bank details and payment instructions.
5. Late Payments
If a payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend all services until the outstanding balance is paid in full. A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue invoices.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve any issues.
7. Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for paying any taxes, including but not limited to sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST), as required by their jurisdiction.
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to clients at least 30 days in advance. Existing contracts will be honored at the price in effect at the time of signing, for the duration of the contract term.
9. Discounts and Promotions
From time to time, we may offer discounts or promotions on our services. The terms and conditions of each discount or promotion will be clearly communicated and will apply only to the specific services and time periods outlined in the offer.
