Cancellation Policy for Marketohub

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of services provided by Marketohub. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Cancellation of One-Time Services
a. Funnel Building and Offer Creation Services: If you wish to cancel a funnel building or offer creation project, please notify your project manager in writing at least 7 days prior to the project start date. If work has already begun on the project, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total project cost.
b. Copywriting Services: If you wish to cancel a copywriting project, please notify your project manager in writing at least 3 days prior to the project start date. If work has already begun on the project, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total project cost.
2. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
a. Social Media Management and Email Marketing Services: Our ongoing services require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice. If you cancel before the end of the initial 3-month period, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the 3-month commitment.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Services
If you cancel a service and are entitled to a refund as per our Refund Policy, the refund will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation date.
4. Termination by Marketohub
We reserve the right to terminate any service at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated our Terms & Conditions or any applicable law or regulation. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund for any services already provided.
5. Effects of Cancellation
Upon cancellation of a service, all work will cease, and any pending deliverables will be provided to you in their current state. We will not be responsible for any outcomes or results that may have been achieved had the service continued.
6. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
